The Greenhouse, a project by Lisa Eggert, Lea Kirstein, Robert Köpke, Laura Levin, Anne Meerpohl, Juli Paetzold, Konouz Saeed, Mana Stahl, and Kastania Waldmüller
The Greenhouse group took ownership of the greenhouse. In April, they constructed 50 wooden tomato boxes and installed them on the scaffolding structure. Back in June, they planted more than 200 tomatoes of 35 varieties which they have cultivated from seeds and seedlings. Finally, they designed and carried out irrigation system for the whole structure. To complete the cycle, first tomatoes grew on stems. We heard from Katherine that tomatoes were harvested soon afterwards.
