Students of Design for the Living World at HFBK Hamburg work on water infrastructures, biodiversity and mapping of the urban void at the FUB Floating University Berlin. The FUB is an offshore campus and a laboratory where interested people research and learn together in free formats. It opens the water retention basin of Columbiadamm located next to Templehof airport in Berlin as a space for exploration, improvisation, and experimentation. We work together with teams from other universities, create workshops, learn and collaborate and engage with the site.
